Our group enjoyed a fascinating day exploring the Ipswich Transport Museum, discovering vehicles and memorabilia from years gone by.

Throughout the year, our members enjoy a wide variety of activities designed to bring people together, encourage creativity, and have fun.
From games and gentle exercise to singing, dancing, and craft sessions, there’s always something to take part in.
We also enjoy making twiddle blankets and other handmade items, which help keep minds and hands active.
